If you have not received the promised quality or the product is not made of genuine
leather, we will exchange/refund the product. But you need to contact us within 30
days after the buying time.
Any damaged product due to improper maintenance will not be exchanged or

soap and warm water. Apply the mix to a clean cloth and wipe down the leather.
Then, rinse the cloth and wipe the leather to remove any soap residue.
