RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST SATISFY OUR REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Overview of Terms & Conditions

Leathereen offers you to return your product within 7 days of the purchase. After 7 days, it will not provide any form of return. Your request for a return will only be valid if you comply with the following situations:

  • The product is in its original packaging and condition.
  • Suppose you receive a damaged product and return it immediately. In this case, the product must be in the condition during delivery.
  • The product must be undamaged, unworn, and tags intact.
  • Embossed items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • You must keep the receipt to prove that you bought the item.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We can provide partial refunds for the following situations:

  • If your return damaged items or items with missing parts
  • Things which you want to return after 30 days of delivery

Refund Policy

After you have returned the item, we will inspect and verify the reasons for returning it. Upon receiving the item, we will inform you by email. After verification, we will notify you if the product is refundable. For any refundable item, the buyer will get a refund by the original payment method within some working days.

Missing or Late Refunds

Missing or late items will be refunded immediately. Follow these procedures step by step to get your assurance for a refund.
1. Check the bank account for refunds if you have not receive the product.
2. Contact the credit card company, as there may be a time limit to get your refund. 3. Then contact the bank for refunds. There might be a specific time before you get the refund.
4. After you have followed all the steps, contact us on our email if you do not get any assurance to get a refund.

Sale Items

We cannot refund any items that were on sale. However, we will refund the regular-priced products depending on eligibility.

Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible for exchange, we will exchange the product based on availability. Contact us directly in the office or by mail for more information.

Gifts

Items marked as gifts will contain tags, and we will mail additional information to the receiver. The gift-givers may get a refund for unmarked items you gifted upon receiving. We will inform them about the item’s return.

Shipping Returns

For returning products that were delivered by shipping, you should mail the products to our physical shop. We cannot pay for the shipping costs, and you will be responsible for that. However, if the products are refundable, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The time for refunding will vary depending on your living place because the ship may come back sooner or later than expected. Use a shipping service to track if you are returning expensive items. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to receive the returned items.
